You will receive an email with your tracking number to keep track of your order whilst it is in transit.
In the unlikely event we are unable to ship to your country will notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund for your order.
All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, once confirmation of payment has been received. 'Business days' include all normal Australian working days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Once your items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot control Australia Post delivery times once your item has been posted.
If you have been issued a tracking number but no information is showing after 96 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us directly at email@example.com for us to follow-up.
