If you accidentally chose the wrong item or would like to change products please contact us via email or using our contact form within 2 hours of placing your order.

Yes, if you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us or use our contact form. Shipping will need to be paid by the customer.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email as many customers have found it is treated as spam.

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $30.    Express Shipping is available within Australia for $9.00.

In the unlikely event we are unable to ship to your country will notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund for your order.

Yes we do ship internationally for a flat fee of $3.00.  This does not include any form of tracking.  Shipping with tracking is available at a cost.

Once you’re at the checkout enter your correct promotional code into the discount bar and click 'Apply'.

If you are checking out on a mobile device please click "Show order summary" and the discount box is in the drop down menu.

Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

We aim to provide our customers with high standard quality at all times but if you unfortunately receive a faulty item we will work as quickly as possible to have the problem rectified. Please send us a photo of the defect/fault toinfo@sterlingsilverdesigns.com.auin order to speed up the returns process.

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then the property of Australia Post. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.  
Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order in this time, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your package.
